New SMP Feature
SWMS Expiry Date Added

The SWMS Expiry Date feature is now live.

Plexa will proactively send out an email reminder 7 days prior to the expiry date of your SWMS, ensuring you have ample time to renew or make necessary updates.

To ensure that the expiry is not overlooked, Plexa will continue to issue daily reminder emails after the initial notice, right up until the SWMS expiration date is reached. This systematic reminder system is aimed at helping you stay organized and compliant with necessary safety protocols.
