Site Inductions and Sign In

To maintain safety and comply with site regulations, all personnel must complete a site induction and sign-in. This process provides vital safety information and project-specific protocols. Follow the steps to complete your induction and sign-in for your role.

Step By Step Guide

1. Scan or request the site induction "QR code" from your Supervisor/Safety Officer
2. Ensure induction into the correct project.
3. Complete the site induction by following the link.
4. Select the correct prompt - Worker or Visitor
5. Fill out the required fields with correct information
6. Complete the form
7. Review the information for accuracy
8. Submit the form to finalise the induction process
9. Await confirmation from your Supervisor/Safety Officer
10. Receive confirmation email and maintain it for your records

Notes/Recommendations

• Select a pin you will always remember
• Inductions with incorrect white card licence numbers will be rejected by Safety Officers
• If an email based error appears when attempting to complete your induction, remove your email address from the induction form. This means you have had a Plexa Account created on your behalf with additional permissions
• You will need to do a new Site Induction for every new project you work on - However when completing the induction for a new project the Plexa system will recognise your information as you fill in the required fields. This is where you can select your Plexa Profile and the system will auto-populate all of your information from the last induction.
